How soon should I deliver my flowers for preservation?
It is best to make arrangements before your special occasion to deliver your flowers to our location as soon as possible. We recommend you have your flowers delivered to
An Everlasting Rose within 24 to 36 hours after your wedding day or special occasion.
How do I take care of my flowers before I deliver them to you?
We recommend you keep your flowers lightly misted or watered and in the refrigerator until they are delivered. NEVER place your flowers in the freezer. Keep them in a cool place (such as your refrigerator) until they are delivered to us.
How long will it take to receive my completed keepsake?
It will take approximately 12 weeks. It may take longer in some cases depending on when you choose your frame because we custom design we may need to order display cases in for your keepsake. We do take 75% deposit at the time of order.
What if my wedding or occasion has already taken place?
If your wedding or occasion has already happened, IT'S NOT TOO LATE!
Timing is very important; just get your flowers to us as soon as possible. If you are unsure if your flowers can be preserved just give us a call and we can help assess the condition of your flowers and let you know if anything can be done to preserve them.
We can re-create your bouquet or flowers by using a photograph from your occasion.
Or if you have air dried your bouquet we can incorporate some preserved flowers with part of your air dried flowers to re-create your bouquet, that way your keepsake remains symbolic.
How long will my keepsake last?
With proper care your flowers can last for many years. We air tight seal your keepsake, you should keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and out of humidity.
Do I have to frame my flowers?
We recommend your flowers are framed in an air tight seal to protect from environmental conditions. Dust, air conditioning, heat, humidity and smoke are just a few household elements that can adversely affect your unprotected flowers.
Is floral preservation and keepsakes for weddings only?
No. Our keepsakes make a great anniversary gift, wedding day gift from family and friends. Aside from wedding bouquets and flowers we specialize in baby keepsakes, birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, memorabilia's, sympathy tributes (funerals), and any cultural themes. We do corporate gifts as well. You can personalize your keepsake by adding in mementos such as invitation cards, photographs, ribbons, jewelry just to name a few. We also customize to any occasion or cultural themes.

Can I ship my flowers if I am getting married out of town?
Yes. We accept orders from overseas and island destinations.
If you are getting married out of town please call us so we can make shipping arrangements before you leave for your big day. It is best for the flowers to be shipped within a few days after the event has taken place.
To care for bouquet before you ship it to us:
- Keep your bouquet in a cool area watered or in the fridge.
- DO NOT put your flowers in the freezer this will damage them.
This is what you will need to ship your flowers:
- A box big enough for your bouquet to fit in securely.
- Packing material such as Styrofoam or anything that will keep the flowers from not moving.
- Packaging tape
- A coolant ice pack to keep flowers cool
- We will need a deposit and full contact information
How to pack your bouquet for shipping:
- Remove the coolant from your freezer and tape the coolant securely to the bottom of the empty shipping box with packing tape.
- With the filler, make a nest for the bouquet on the bottom of the box (on top of the coolant).
- Now, remove the bouquet from the refrigerator and place it in that box, with the front of the bouquet facing UP. Fill the box to the top with the remainder of packing filler ensure you fill the sides of the box with packing material as well. The key is to stabilize the bouquet as much as possible so it will not shift during shipment.
- Make sure that you write your name, address and phone number on a piece of paper and tape it to the inside panel of the shipping box. If you have not already given us a deposit required for the processing of your flowers, please enclose either a check, money order for 75% of your total price made out to "An Everlasting Rose Inc" in an envelope -- then tape that envelope to the inside of the shipping box as well.
- Then, close the box and seal it with your packing tape.
- You are now ready to OVERNIGHT SHIP your bouquet to us.
It will be necessary for you to overnight ship your bouquet to us. This priority shipping enhances our ability to preserve the natural beauty of the flowers in your finished keepsake.
