Terms & Conditions


1. Because each keepsake design is completed using a custom design, all sales are final.

2. Prices do not include applicable sales taxes. Sales tax will charged on all orders.

3. Each order placed requires a deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00 and/or a forfeiture of the deposit given for that order.

5. All payments must be made in full before the final product is provided to the customer.

6. The estimated lead time for the completion of each keepsake is 12 weeks after a deposit has been paid. An Everlasting Rose will work hard to complete the order in that time frame but can not be held liable for unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or delays in customers providing accessories (photos, invitations, etc).

7. Storage fees and late charges may apply for orders that have not been picked up or confirmed for long periods of time at the discretion of An Everlasting Rose.

8. Some flower arrangements and/or bouquets may require partial or complete replacement so that the final product will keep its appearance and look uniform throughout.

9. Prices do not include shipping and delivery charges and are all based on customer pick up prices. An Everlasting Rose will charge an administration and delivery fee for any requests made for shipping. The shipping carrier will be selected at discretion of An Everlasting Rose.
